Terms and Conditions

Should the Client need to cancel this Balloon Artist Contract, sixty (60) days notice is required. Notice may be given by phone or email. Should the client fail to give sixty (60) days notice a 25% surcharge of the full contract amount will apply. 

All deposits are non-refundable except in the event that the Artist needs to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, The Artist will return all deposits.

The Artist reserves the right to terminate this contract immediately for any breach of terms or non-payment, and all monies given are non-refundable.
